If you’ve experienced lots of muscle pain, stiffness, and niggling injuries from playing tennis, trust me when I tell you that I understand completely. This series will document my efforts to help solve those problems by achieving better tennis preparedness with the time I spend at the gym. And in doing so, we can also achieve a better level of performance on the court.
